Why do we go to such lengths? My dear wife Tanja has had celiac disease and a dairy allergy for over 16 years. We know firsthand how difficult it is to eat out safely and without a care.
My wife regularly works in the shop herself and enjoys our treats, pizzas, or doner kebabs – completely symptom-free.
🛡️ Our Strict Safety Promise
Celiac disease forgives no mistakes. That is why we go to efforts that far exceed standard measures:
- 🌾 Gluten-free flour dust: We exclusively use a gluten-free flour blend, including for dusting our gluten-containing dough pieces. This ensures that the flour dust in the air remains guaranteed gluten-free!
- 🥣 True craftsmanship: I personally knead every single gluten-free dough ball by hand in a separate bowl reserved solely for that purpose.
- 🫙 Strict separation: All containers for salads, sauces, and ingredients are kept strictly separate. Furthermore, we guarantee that we do not use any gluten-containing wheat starch.
- 🍟 Safe frying: Our meat, falafel, vegetables (eggplant, zucchini), rice, salads, sauces, fries, and all products that go into the fryer are naturally gluten-free.

Our homemade sauces:
- Lactose- & dairy-free (vegan): Cocktail sauce, garlic sauce, spicy sauce, hummus paste.
- Standard sauces: Garlic-yogurt sauce, yogurt-herb sauce (without garlic).
Our secret recipe…
we won’t reveal 😉 But what we can share: The spices in our sauce all come from Provence!
🤝 Sustainable & Honest
We bake fresh for you and do not refill meat in the evening. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
If anything is left over at the end of the day, we naturally do not throw it away, but donate it to the local food bank (Tafel).
